Camera and photos

If you use our app, it may ask permission to use your camera and photo library so you can capture or select images of your home and send them to us for an estimate. We access these only after you grant permission, and only for that purpose. You can withdraw permission at any time in your device settings.

• To prepare estimates and provide the products and services you request
• To verify measurements before ordering and installation
• To respond to your questions and schedule work
• To operate, maintain, and improve our app and website
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:

Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. Project photos and measurements are retained for the life of your project and our warranty obligations unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
